TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern business access to DLBR EID. By using DLBR EID for your business, you agree to use it lawfully, protect your account credentials, and follow these Terms.

Provider

The service

DLBR provides identity-verification infrastructure for businesses. The service returns verification signals and status information. It does not replace your legal, compliance, or risk assessment, and DLBR does not decide whether you should provide a product or service to an individual.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for deciding why and how you verify people, identifying a lawful basis, giving people the required privacy information, configuring each verification to request only necessary data, protecting API credentials, and using the service in accordance with applicable law.

When you determine the purposes and means of verification, you act as controller and DLBR processes that verification data on your documented instructions. The parties must put the required processing terms in a data processing agreement (DPA) before that processing begins. DLBR's standard DPA is available at dlbr.app/dpa. It must be expressly incorporated by a signed agreement, order form, or other legally binding written record; visiting the page alone does not appoint DLBR as a processor. Any transfer that requires a legal transfer mechanism must also be covered by a completed transfer record before the transfer begins. The DPA covers instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, assistance with data-subject requests, deletion or return, audits, and international transfers.

DLBR acts as a separate controller for its own business contacts, account administration, billing, website measurement, and service security. The Privacy Policy explains that processing and how to contact DLBR.

Availability and changes

Production service and processing terms are agreed individually with each pilot team. DLBR has not set a production launch date.

DLBR may update or temporarily suspend parts of the service to protect security and reliability. DLBR will communicate material changes when practical.
