A wallet presentation proves who issued the credential and whether it is valid under the configured trust policy; it does not by itself establish that an institution is recognized for a particular role. Issuer accreditation and employment rules remain relevant.
DLBR EID verifies supported wallet presentations and returns a verification result. Credential issuance, the relying party’s decision, and sector-specific processes stay with the relevant organization.
