Business onboarding

Verify business representation during B2B onboarding.

Use a wallet presentation of a current representation credential to help onboard a business account or prepare a contract-signing workflow.

The challenge

Confirming a signer’s authority often involves manual checks against company registers and document exchanges.

How it works

A simple flow.
A verifiable result.

  1. 01

    Identify the company and action

Define which legal entity and which type of authority your onboarding or signing flow needs to confirm.

  2. 02

    Request the representation evidence

The representative presents a current credential from a competent register or trusted issuer, where available.

  3. 03

    Complete your KYB checks

Verify the credential and use it alongside company-register, sanctions, AML, and contracting controls.

PID plus trusted legal-person representation evidence

  • Reduce back-and-forth on authority documents
  • Check a specific representation claim
  • Keep KYB decisions with your business process

Power-of-representation credential formats, legal-person wallet support, and trusted issuers vary by jurisdiction and are still developing. A wallet presentation does not replace registry checks, sanctions screening, or other applicable KYB/AML duties.

DLBR EID verifies supported wallet presentations and returns a verification result. Credential issuance, the relying party’s decision, and sector-specific processes stay with the relevant organization.
