Agree on the minimum claim
The clinic defines the coverage fact it needs for intake and why it needs it.

Request a credential from the patient
The patient approves a presentation issued by their insurer or another competent authority, if available.

Verify and route the result
Check the issuer and credential status, then use the result in the clinic’s intake or billing system.

An insurance or EHIC-compatible credential must be issued and supported in the relevant country. This flow does not issue prescriptions, establish insurance entitlements, or provide access to medical records; those require separate healthcare services and legal checks.
DLBR EID verifies supported wallet presentations and returns a verification result. Credential issuance, the relying party’s decision, and sector-specific processes stay with the relevant organization.
